The Arc Announces Date For 27th Radiothon

Mark your calendars. The 27th annual WRNJ Radiothon for The Arc has been slated for Friday, April 21. Russ Long, Deirdre Bryant, Norman Worth, Mike Galley, Ed Kalegi, and Dave Kelber will spend the day on air, live from Route 46 Hyundai in Hackettstown, taking pledges and sharing stories from parents, staff, and consumers that illustrate the importance of The Arc in their lives and the community.

The Radiothon will run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

They will also be joined by 2017 co-chairs Cindy Matthews and Dawn Barbera of First Hope Bank, longtime “VIPs (Very Involved People),” making their inaugural effort at heading this vital fundraising effort.

Contributions to The Arc can also be donated via the website at www.arcwarren.org.

As of Feb. 1, 2017, the 2016 fundraising total is nearly $68,000. The Arc offers heartfelt thanks to everyone who did their part to make 2016 an outstanding success.

The Arc, Warren County Chapter, strives to enrich the lives of Warren County residents that have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as assist their families in solving the problems associated with their care.
