Arc Of Warren County Recognizes ‘Great People’

The Arc of Warren County recently recognized several individuals and businesses for their efforts on behalf of the organization.

Individuals honored were Deborah Evans with the Virginia Neuls Volunteer of the Year, Vicki Demarest as the Educator of the Year, Tim Lehr (Direct Support Professional), Pieter Woodcock (John Takacs Director of Distinction), Su Hirshberg, Special Recognition, Steph Schauble, Employee Distinguished Service, Morayo Arogundade, Employee of the Year, Miriam Reyes, Citizenship Award, Robert Hilliard, Achievement Award, James Dunn, Supported Employee, Seth Harris, Resident of the Year, and C.J. Meyer, Distinguished Community Service.

In addition, Flynn’s on the Hill  (Supported Employer) and PNC Bank, Washington Township branch (Professional Services) were recognized for their efforts on behalf of Arc.

The 2015 Annual Awards Celebration, “Celebrating Achievement & Dedication!” was held at Bello Giorno on Nov. 12.

The Arc, Warren County Chapter, strives to enrich the lives of Warren County residents that have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as assist their families in solving the problems associated with their care.
