Costume contest contestants went all out for this year’s Washington Borough Business Improvement District Hometown Halloween.

On the human side of the contest, held Monday, Oct. 31, the Sessa family took home the top prize. Pictured above are, left to right, Nicolas, Tommy, and Vincent Sessa, as a knight and dragons, second place winner RJ Smith, and third place winner Jessico Bino. All are from Washington.

Taking first in the pet costume contest was the Torsiello Family from Washington. Skylar is pictured at left with the family pets, Maddie, Zach, and Cody.
