Five Warren Hills Athletes Sign Letters Of Intent

Five outstanding athletes from Warren Hills Regional High School who will be playing at Division 1 or Division 2 colleges next year, recently took part in a National Signing Day ceremony at the school.

Katherine Winch, Alyssa Guidi, Tali Popinko, Rebecca Sigman, and Mikayla Dugan (pictured above) participated in the ceremony.

Winch, a senior from Port Murray, will attend Long Island University for bowling.  She was a three time All Conference Bowler while at Warren Hills and a member of the 2016-2017 State Championship team. Winch is also a member of the Morris County USBC.

Guidi, a senior from Stewartsville, will attend California State University, in Fresno, California.  She was 2017 2nd Team All West Jersey and was on the 2017 All Area Girls Lacrosse Team – Honorable Mention.

Popinko, a senior from Oxford, will play field hockey at Temple University in Philadelphia. She was a team captain, 1st Team All Conference, 1st Team All County and 1st Team All North Jersey.

Sigman, a senior from Washington Township, will attend Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA and play field hockey.  Sigman was a team captain, 1st Team All Conference, 1st Team All County and First team All North Jersey. She broke the WH school record by scoring 5 goals in a game and scored 34 goals this season.

Dugan, a senior from Washington Township, will  play field hockey at Quinnipiac University, in Connecticut.  She was a team captain, 1st Team All Conference, 1st Team All County and 1st Team All North Jersey.
