The House of the Good Shepherd Retirement Community’s Golftoberfest, an annual outing held at Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort to raise money for its Shepherd’s Fund, scored a hole-in-one last month. Nearly $8,000 was raised for residents at The House, located in Hackettstown, in need of financial assistance. Among those participating were, L-R, Pat Mastrorilli, CEO of Privatel Communications, Craig Stroud, Director of Hospitality, House of the Good Shepherd, Guy Gregg, Former State Assemblyman, and Keith Heilos, Sales Manager, Privatel Communications. Presenting sponsor for the event was Vision Real Estate Partners. Some of the other top sponsors included by Nisivoccia, LLP, Hackettstown Medical Center, Total Quality Medical, Sodexo Food Services, Privatel Communications, Holby Valve, John Johnson Auto Group, and ARC of Warren County. Prize donations from High Grade Beverage, Centenary Stage Co., James On Main, Mattar’s Bistro, and others. Sixty golfers took part on a spectacular day that included beer from the on-site ShawneeCraft Brewery; fantastic music by Eric Kerssen, and a delicious German menu.
