Seniors: Learn How To Reduce Fall Risk At Free Seminar

Have you or a loved one fallen recently? Are you at risk for falls?  Is your home set up to reduce the risk?

Even the smallest tumbles can have a lasting effect of seniors. Come learn about how you can reduce your risk for falls by talking with healthcare professionals at a FREE seminar at the House of the Good Shepherd Retirement Community.

A physical therapist, occupational therapist, and a speech therapist will all be on hand to answer questions.

This free seminar, open to the public with a reservation, is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the House of the Good Shepherd Retirement Community in Hackettstown. The House is located at 798 Willow Grove Street.

The event will be held in The Lodge from 1-2 p.m.

Those interested in attending should RSVP to Chris Garofalo at 908-684-5722 at your earliest convenience.
