Tech Athletes Awarded for Academic Achievement

Members of Warren Tech’s fall sports teams were recently awarded with a Certificate of Outstanding Academic and Athletic Achievement for maintaining a 4.0 Grade Point Average during the fall sports season. To earn a Certificate of Outstanding Academic and Athletic Achievement students must participate in a sport and maintain a 4.0 Grade Point Average during the athletic season.

Members of Warren Tech’s fall sports teams who were awarded a Certificate of Outstanding Academic and Athletic Achievement include Kyli Engle , Zoe Flick, Skyler Hartman, Nick Hufford, Nathanael Morris and Charles Pannullo from the cross country team; Amber Francy, Tania Jiminez and Celeste Keating from the Lady Knights soccer team. and Chris Rojas from boys soccer, and Megan Starck from the volleyball team.

Athletic Director Gary Colucci and Assistant Principal John Mylecraine presented the students with their certificates.

“We wanted to congratulate our student athletes that are putting in the work in the classroom,” said Colucci. “To maintain all A’s in season with all the time spent with their teams is quite an accomplishment.”
