Recently, the Washington Business Improvement District (WBID) recognized local businesses and individuals for their dedication and success in the Washington community.  They were honored at the annual WBID recognition dinner held at the Draught House in Washington.  Those being honored were the Muheisen family, the owners of three Washington eatery  businesses; BASF and plant manager, Mike Barone; Former Washington Mayor and a founding member of the WBID; and Ellen Perkins, owner of the new and successful store, Gaia’s Gifts.  The event was presented by Home Instead Senior Care with support from Albea Americas and Fliegauf Jewelers.  For more information on the WBID, please visit, washingtonbid.org
