On Nov. 15, Rotary Clubs from Belvidere, Blairstown, Hackettstown, Phillipsburg, and Washington joined forces with Operation Chillout to provide critical support for homeless veterans.
At Centenary University, volunteers prepared 129 backpacks filled with essentials: a thermal hooded sweatshirt, knit cap, gloves, and thermal undergarments—items that bring warmth and dignity to those who served our nation.
Operation Chillout, New Jersey’s oldest all-volunteer mobile outreach program for homeless veterans is dedicated to ending the crisis of veteran homelessness.
If you know a veteran in need, contact Operation Chillout’s Rapid Response Team at 908-509-1462. Together, we can make a difference.
