Although the playground was cordoned off to keep kids from the equipment and the playing fields were prohibited from being used for sports, Meadowbreeze Park in Washington was nevertheless open to walkers, runners and sunbathers on Thursday, May 21. They were all sporting smiling faces – so good to see – from a recommended distance of six feet!

Jasmine Lee, from Washington, and her black labrador, Harley, enjoy a walk around Meadowbreeze Park with Sam Cousins, also from Washington, and his silver labrador, Teddy. Harley found some water for a quick swim, but Teddy remained dry because he was afraid to go in the water! Photo by Cathy Miller.
