Centenary University Recognizes Outstanding Students at Academic Awards Ceremony

Scholarships and awards presented to 16 students, who were lauded for notable academic achievement during the annual event

Centenary University recognized 16 students for outstanding achievement at the annual Academic Awards Ceremony held on April 19. Award recipients are enrolled in a range of academic programs at the University, from business and education to criminal justice, fashion, communication, the arts, and more. 

“The students honored at this event represent the very best of Centenary University,” said David Dauwalder, interim vice president of academic affairs. “They have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to their studies, distinguishing themselves academically and setting a strong foundation for post-graduation success in graduate school and in the workforce.”

Hampton—Natalya Tasso, Jane Barbara Thomas Scholarship in Fashion Merchandising

Morris County

Mendham—Emma Norton, The Harry Strickhausen Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Succasunna—Gregory Somjen, The Red Knot Award

Passaic County
