The Hackettstown High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is pleased to announce the Inaugural HHS Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2017. A celebration honoring these inductees will be held on Oct. 28 at Panther Valley Country Club from 5-9 p.m.

The inaugural class includes:

Charles “Chot” Morrison – Taught & Coached 1929-1965

Alfred “Sass” Applegate – Class of ‘44

Arthur Dimiceli – Class of ‘49

Doug Blake – Class of ‘68

Bill Smith – Class of ‘29

Joe Stanowicz – Class of ‘40

Jacob “Jay” Hart – Class of ‘33

Frank Mincevich – Class of ‘50

Bob Candler – Class of ‘47

Gary Thomas – Taught & Coached 1974-2014

Dave Palmer – Class of ‘63
