Hackettstown Library is currently closed through Dec. 13 after a positive COVID-19 test result among staff. The library will reopen for curbside services only on Monday, Dec. 14, which will continue at least through Tuesday, Jan. 19.

Also influencing the decision to return to curbside-only services were rising infection rates throughout the region and “the likelihood of continued gatherings of friends and families during the holiday season,” said Library Director Rachel Burt.

Beginning Dec. 14, staff will again be on hand in the library to answer phone calls, prepare library loans and organize take and make crafts.

The Warren County Library System is also currently running on a curbside-only schedule.
