The theme of this year’s Hackettstown Business Improvement District’s Scarecrow contest was “Celebrate your Business!-What are you all about?” The scarecrow that got the most votes was Lodi Welding‘s ‘Broken Hearts Welded Here!‘ Lodi Welding is located on Willow Grove Street.
