PAL’s Pasta, Fill-A-Truck Events Are On Their Way

Spring is here and that means it’s fundraising season for Pet Adoption League, your hometown rescue. Serving Warren County, Pet Adoption League, or PAL, takes care of homeless pets waiting for their furever home.

PAL’s annual Pasta Dinner will be held Friday, April 26, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Let PAL do the cooking at this delicious event, which includes baked ziti, pasta with plain sauce, sausage or meatballs, salad, bread, dessert, and a choice of soda or water, and coffee or tea. It will be held at the Panther Valley Ecumenical Church at 1490 Route 517 in Allamuchy. Cost is $12 for adults and $6 for children under the age of six.

Alternatively, Fill-A-Truck with things found during your spring cleaning from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. The truck will be located in the parking lot of Pasta Grill by Enzo on Route 57 in Mansfield. Acceptable items are new or gently used clothing (all sizes), shoes, blankets, curtains, etc. Please have everything bagged, with shoes separated from linens. Donors will receive a 10 percent off coupon toward lunch at the Pasta Grill, good for one week.

All of the proceeds from these events go towards helping homeless animals in our area.
