Former Warren County Prosecutor Richard Burke, left, was recognized by colleagues, friends and family at a retirement party in his honor at Mattar’s Bistro on Jan. 16. With Burke in this photo is Bill Eppell, who worked with Burke in the Prosecutor’s Office for many years. Eppell was formerly the department’s Chief of Staff. Burke has moved onto a position with the State Attorney General’s office. In addition to the many accolades bestowed upon him, he was presented with a state resolution in his honor.
