Cathy Miller’s People Photo of the Week makes it clear – spring has to be coming soon! Taking advantage of a respite from our seemingly endless winter are (left to right) Ray Steingall, from Washington; Jay Halsey (Eldred’s son), from West Hartford, CT; Eldred Halsey, from White Township; and Tim Duffy, from Washington. The foursome enjoyed a mid-morning golf outing on the first warm and sunny Saturday of the season this past week. Even though the trees were still rather gray, the greens were very green, and the golfing was great! The gentlemen were at Fairway Valley Golf Club in Washington.
