Take The Cybersecurity Challenge With MOACC

Who knew Cybersecurity could be so fun? Join the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business and Patrice Schaffer of navitend on Tuesday, July 9, to test your cybersecurity know-how.

Schaffer, of IT consulting firm navitend, in Byram Township, asks this important question: “When was the last time you took stock of your digital footprint?” The answer for many is “never.” It’s time to consider the implications of leaving personal—and business—data unguarded in a world where millions of users have likely had their private data exposed through scams, data breaches, and the sale of personal data.

The good news? You don’t have to be a tech genius to protect yourself. Learn how to be more cyber-secure through an interactive cyber-game at the July 9 Women of Business monthly meeting.

The meeting will be held at Jersey Girl Brewing, 426 Sandshore Road in Hackettstown, from 5:30-8 p.m. Advanced registration is $20 for members and $25 for non-members, or $5 more at the door. To register, please visit A light dinner is provided with cost of registration.

The Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business—which is open to men and women alike—meets the second Tuesday of every month. In addition to providing networking, educational and informational opportunities, Women in Business programs are designed to build relationships that enable everyone to grow and succeed together.
