Brooke Sheffield, 10 years old, from Washington, models a visor she designed at Saturday’s Warren County Arts, Sweets and Crafts Festival in Washington. Brooke, whose visor features an ocean motif, was participating in the free Critter and Litter Kid’s Craft Workshop sponsored by Washington Borough & Warren County Clean Communities and presented by Dove Environmental Education with Diana Dove.
