Tim McDonough Marks 30th Year As Hope Mayor

Tim McDonough began his third decade as Mayor of Hope earlier this month after being chosen by his fellow committeemen to once again lead the township. McDonough’s response to hitting the 30-year mark: “I can’t believe it’s been 30 years,” he said. “But it’s been a great run. I love Hope. I love the people. It’s a terrific community. We’ve accomplished a lot over the years, and we have more to accomplish moving forward.” At Hope’s reorganization meeting, Jim Perry, the President of the New Jersey League of Municipalities (and a Hardwick Township Committeeman), on left, presented McDonough with a 30-year pin recognizing his long service to the community.
