HOLIDAY COOKING

The Warren County Library will present Vanessa Young from the Thirsty Radish for a virtual class on Dec. 6 on how to brighten up your holiday cooking.

She will share a festive celebration and cooking demonstration focused on how to incorporate berries in holiday dishes from appetizers and drinks to dessert. Berries add flavor and beautiful color when used throughout your holiday menu (and everyday dishes!). Learn the most flavorful ways to incorporate fresh, frozen, and dried berries plus berry jams and condiments.

She also offers tips for relaxed and enjoyable entertaining.

This class is for adults. Register for this Zoom presentation with Kim Urban at (908) 818-1280 or kurban@warrenlib.org.
