Yellowstone’s Beauty In Winter In Music, Photos

Photographer David Surks presents a winter visit to Yellowstone in music and photos on Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Southwest Branch of the Warren County library.

Surks spent eight days from sunrise to sunset traversing the vast reaches of Yellowstone in frigid conditions capturing the amazing geological features and magnificent animals that call it home. This passion project melds imagery with powerful music to take you on a magical photographic ride.

Surks spent over 50 years immersed in his passion of fine art photography, combining traditional photographic methods with today’s technology. In the field of landscape photography, he has become synonymous with pristine colorful images from around the world. Over the years, David Surks’ images have been collected and can be seen in libraries, private homes, and businesses.

The presentation is geared toward adult audiences. Register with Kim Urban at (908) 689-7922 or kurban@warrenlib.org.
