Brew HaHa! Fundraiser Will Be A Magically Funny Night

It’ll be a night of brews, laughs and magic when the Warren County Community College Foundation hosts its First Annual Brew HaHa!

Scheduled for Saturday night Feb. 24 at the Belvidere Manor in Belvidere, the Brew HaHa! features the magic of the nationally renowned Jay Mattioli.

Mattioli’s rise in the world of magic has been swift. At 18 years old, Mattioli was hailed by the International Brotherhood of Magicians as a “Champion of Magic”, becoming one of the youngest magicians to ever receive this honor. Then in 2006, he was awarded 1st Prize at the Society of American Magicians International Stage Contest of Magic, making him one of only a few magicians in HISTORY to receive 1st prize in both of these international magic competitions.

More recently, Mattioli electrified the nation and stunned the judges with his appearance on NBC’s #1 hit show ” AMERICA’S GOT TALENT”. Since then, his career has really soared.

Mattioli has appeared in over 20 countries including Hong Kong, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, England, and of course, throughout the U.S.  From Casino showrooms, to luxury cruise ships, his unique style of illusions has captivated the imagination of millions and reminds people, of all ages, what it is like to believe in the impossible and most importantly, he says, “HAVE FUN!”

His shows are packed with excitement, comedy, audience interaction, and a one-of-a-kind personality, He is considered a cannot be missed act!!

Considered by his peers as a magic innovator, Mattioli, now a veteran of 20 years on the circuit, creates many of his signature magic effects from the ground up. Everything from building props, costumes, music composition, choreography…..he does it all.

Decorated in hip, vivid costumes, a carefully punked hair-do, and a vivacious assistant on his side, he has performed magic with everything from live animals to levitating microphones as well as startling effects where he vaporizes his body in the blink of an eye!

The evening includes tastings, buffet dinner, and more. Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner from 6-8 p.m., and show starting at 8:30. There will also be a silent auction with many great selections.

Tickets are just $75 each. Sponsorships are also available. Tax deductible proceeds benefit WCCC Scholarships and Capital Improvements at the college.
