Gorczyca Signs Monmouth Letter of Intent

Hackettstown senior Molly Gorczyca recently signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Monmouth University  to continue her studies and compete on their NCAA Division l Field Hockey team.

After an exciting and successful career for the Hackettstown Field Hockey team, Gorczyca helped lead the Tigers to back to back NJAC Championships while setting the school record for 31 goals in a season. She earned first team All-County, 2 time first team All-NJAC Conference and NJ Herald Player of the Year honors during her tenure at HHS.

Hackettstown Field Hockey Coach Steve Speirs noted, “Molly sets the example for hard work and discipline on and off the field for our program. The Hawks are getting a quality player who will be an asset to the Monmouth University team.”
