Joe Maita has been cutting hair for the past 50 years at Andy’s Barber Shop in Downtown Washington Borough. He is truly the Half-Century Barber Man! He’s seen a lot of changing hair styles over the years, that’s for sure. Current owner Kathy Sagers is pictured here with Maita, who these days works part-time at the shop.
