There were dozens of beautifully decorated Christmas Trees at the annual Rossi Festival of Trees in Washington on Dec. 8. But this tree, with  a “Star Wars” theme and sponsored by The House of The Good Shepherd Retirement Community in Hackettstown. was voted No. 1 The tree featured ornaments handmade by individuals at the Abilities Community Rehabilitation Program from recycled materials.
