WCCC Photo Art Exhibit All About Experimentation

When Pamela Eden takes photographs she is not afraid to experiment. In fact, she looks forward to it. Visitors to Warren County Community College this month can see how that experimentation transforms simple photos into another realm.

The College is located on Route 57 in Washington Township. The show is free and open to the public during regular College hours.

The body of work can be seen at the College’s Second Floor Art Gallery through Sept. 27.

“As a traditional photographer, I still enjoy photographs that are straight out of the camera- such as the Ford truck and the Green car, but recently I’ve wanted to create something different and unique,” said Eden. “The photo watercolors in the exhibit are the result of my experimentation. This remarkable transformation is accomplished with digital manipulation and takes my photography out of the realm of reality and moves it into a more fluid and imaginative impressionism.”

Based out of Columbia, Warren County, Eden is a fixture in the regional art scene. She is currently the President of the Warren County ARTS organization.
