Forbert, Hackettstown’s Bardwell, At Wild West City

This year marks numerous landmarks in the great career of singer songwriter Steve Forbert.

He’ll celebrate these landmarks at the iconic Golden Nugget Saloon at Wild West City on Saturday Nov. 10. Jesse Bardwell, formerly of Quimby Mountain Band and now touring internationally, will open the show. He will also be performing with Forbert.

Forbert just published his biography, Big City Cat – My Life in Folk Rock, and also just released a new CD, The Magic Tree. Both will be available for purchase at the Nov. 10 show.

In addition to his new book and CD, Forbert, whose many hits include Romeo’s Tune, it should be noted that he is feeling good and back on the road after health issues sidelined him for several months late last year.

In another note, June 15th marked the 40th Anniversary of his outstanding debut record, “Alive On Arrival”.

His new CD is his 19th studio album.

In recent months, Steve has been writing and touring with Bardwell.

This is going to be an outstanding night of live music! The special venue makes this event an even cooler experience.

There is a cash bar (and kitchen will be open as well). Doors open at 7, show starts at 8. General seating.

Tickets are $20. in advance / $25 at the door.

Tickets at www.joehirshproductions.com.
