Warren Hills Regional School District always has good news to share:

RECOGNITIONS:

Warren Hills senior, Tamia Freeman (pictured above), earned an Honorable Mention in the National Center for Women in Technology for her technological achievements. The Award for Aspirations in Computing recognizes young women in grades 9-12 who demonstrate interest and achievements in computing, leadership, academic performance, and post-secondary goals. Tamia was among 4,000 applicants for the award.

Congratulations to seventh grade student, Kayla Chambers! The young artist designed a set of greeting cards as part of a contest through Morristown Medical Center. Kayla’s winning birthday card design earned Warren Hills Regional Middle School art supplies.

EVENTS:

January 23 was Challenge Day in the Warren Hills Regional High School library.  Challenge Day is an annual program facilitated by the high school’s Peer Leadership. Peer Leaders invite middle school students from Warren Hills Middle School and Oxford Central School to the high school for a day of fun-filled activities. The goal of the day is to help students transition into high school while enriching their emotional intelligence.
