Deborah Sullivan has spent 20 years creating the serenely landscaped oasis that surrounds her home at 350 Belvidere Avenue in Washington Borough. The Warren Garden Club members presented Deborah with the July 2023 Civic Beautification Award to acknowledge the lush gardens that she has lovingly developed. The bluestone pathways that traverse the property are lined with a array of hydrangeas, lilies, perennials and specimen plantings. Shrubbery provides privacy for an intimate dining patio. The surprise of the gardens is the shimmering, bluestone edged koi pond. Mature shade trees provide a wonderful respite from the hot July sun.
