Screaming for ice cream? Well, you don’t have to scream anymore. The Chuckling Cow is now open in Downtown Washington! Featuring an assortment of flavors, including vegan choices, The Chuckling Cow, located at 43 E. Washington Avenue, offers cones, sundaes, shakes and you name it having to do with ice cream! Family, friends, and local officials recently gathered for a ceremonial grand opening. Owners Stephanie and Jestin Davie and Courtney and Sean Spender are looking forward to seeing their friends come visit. Among the attendees for the ribbon cutting were Washington Borough Councilman Chris Infinito, Washington Business Improvement District Executive Director Melanie Thiel and WBID Executive Assistant Colleen O’Neill, and WBID Board Members Bob Valinsky and David Santini. The shop is open Tue.-Thur., 3-8, Friday and Saturday 12-8:30 pm and Sun., 12-8 pm. You can check them out on Facebook or call 908-869-6098.
