The 23^rd Annual Festival in the Borough, presented by the Washington Business Improvement District, faced major hurdles as high winds and rain forced the street portion of the festival on Sept. 26 to be cancelled. But the music wouldn’t die! With Brothers Restaurant, William’s Irish Tavern and Borough Hall coming to the rescue every musical act hit their respective stages. It wasn’t what we were used to, but it was still a good time as music fans flocked to see their favorite acts, and see some new ones!
