Join Hackettstown Business Improvement District and Hackettstown Recreation Department for free family-fun movies on the municipal pool lawn this month!

Catch Toy Story 4 this Friday, Aug. 7, and Abominable on Friday, Aug. 28, as they are played on the big screen. Families are invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for a night out.

The fields will open at 7 p.m. each night with the movie beginning at dusk. Refreshments will be available for purchase by The Grove.

“Toy Story 4” (Rated G) is the most recent installment of the now-classic family film series. It follows Woody, Buzz, and new friend, Forky, as they head on a road trip and get into mischief while trying to reconnect with Woody’s old flame. “Abominable” (rated PG) follows the adventures of Yi and her friends as they return a Yeti home. However, a zoologist and a wealthy financier are hot on their trail.

The Hackettstown Pool Field is located at 599 Warren Street in Hackettstown, adjacent to the high school.
