Land of Make Believe’s 2026 policy and pricing targets affordability

Land of Make Believe has announced its policy and pricing for the 2026 season, directly addressing issues facing families today: affordability and inflation.

Recognizing the high cost of raising children and the issue of affordability, the Hope, NJ family-friendly amusement park aims to provide a seamless, single price all-in-one admission and includes free parking, free picnicking, and free water park.

Families can bring their own food into the park and picnic at the spacious grove or throughout the grounds. For purchase, Land of Make Believe proudly serves the best quality food at “normal prices” – no captive audience.

Land of Make Believe believes a day of family entertainment should be affordable without sacrificing quality. The park is safe, wholesome and located close by off Route 80, Exit 12, and near Routes 31 and 78.

Land of Make Believe kicks off its season Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday through Monday, May 23-25.

This has been, and remains, the No. 1 destination for “one-day vacation trips” with its close-by vicinity to regions found throughout New Jersey, New York City and Eastern Pennsylvania.

The award-winning amusement park, always known for its affordability, is ranked nationally as one of the most iconic parks, as well as No. 1 in New Jersey and among the “World’s Greatest,” has been entertaining young children, teens, parents and grandparents with an array of rides, attractions and activities for the entire family.

Land of Make Believe, recognizing that families appreciate an affordable outing, prides itself on being the lowest price. It is unique to other amusement parks in that once you enter the park you can partake in all the rides, shows and attractions at no additional cost.

In the past few years Land of Make Believe has expanded its “land and water” rides to include new thrill rides for young adults such as the Scream Machine 360, Safari Adventure, and Tumblin’ Timbers roller coaster. The expansive award-winning Water Park has also added numerous challenging water slides and is sure to get visitors wet with delight.

Land of Make Believe continues to offer plenty of “classic” rides, too, such as the Ferris wheel. Merry Go-Round, and the Thriller Roller Coaster. For those who want to get an early start to Christmas, children will want to meet Santa Claus in his North Pole office!

Wait time to get on rides are quick and easy.

Land of Make Believe, which was named one of the most iconic amusement parks in America (and the only one in New Jersey) alongside Disney World in Florida, Kings Dominion in Virgina, Knotts Berry Farm in California and many other “big name” parks around the country, has been recognized by numerous organizations for its outstanding safety record.

In addition, you can’t beat the beauty of the mountains and 400 acres of open space surrounding Land of Make Believe.

After Memorial Day Weekend, Land of Make Believe is open weekends in early June, and daily beginning on Father’s Day Weekend June 20.

For an affordable day of terrific family fun, Land of Make Believe is No. 1.
